Search monitors (type:"search") are implemented in the API but undocumented. Add queries/searchWindow/maxResults/includeDomains/excludeDomains params, build the search target in buildMonitorCreateBody, and document the search path. goal is required when queries are set (the API mandates a non-empty goal).
Update project version to 3.22.1 across manifests. package.json was bumped from 3.21.4 → 3.22.1 and server.json registry entry was updated from 3.20.2 → 3.22.1 to keep release metadata in sync.
