Add option to exclude sundays

From what I understand, this integration uses https://pypi.org/project/holidays/ to get it's dates for holidays.

The localization for Sweden there says

In Sweden, ALL sundays are considered a holiday.
Initialize this class with `include_sundays=False` to not include sundays as a holiday.

However, in this integration, I can't find any way to exclude sundays, so my calender with upcoming holidays always shows sundays.
