fix(codebuddy): repoint install_url to codebuddy.cn (#3172)

The codebuddy.ai domain no longer resolves; CodeBuddy consolidated onto
codebuddy.cn (Tencent). Update install_url and docs links to
https://www.codebuddy.cn/cli (verified live).
